In December 2017, Enghouse Systems acquired SimaTech A/S, a Danish software company serving law enforcement, fire and rescue, control-room and utility organisations. SimaTech brought expertise in task and resource management, fleet and asset management, mobile information, turn-by-turn navigation and incident management.

These capabilities complemented Enghouse’s existing Public Safety solutions and helped strengthen its expertise in control-room coordination, resource visibility and mobile field operations.

How We Help

Coordinate emergency response from control room to field

Emergency response depends on accurate information reaching the right people at the right time. Enghouse Public Safety helps control-room teams receive and register incidents, assess available information, identify appropriate resources and coordinate response activities.

LocusEmergency supports call and alarm handling, incident management, decision support, maps, integrations and resource coordination. LocusMobile provides field teams with current assignment information, navigation and real-time task updates. LocusCare supports non-acute healthcare and welfare-response workflows.

Together, these solutions connect control-room decisions with mobile field execution, giving teams clearer operational visibility and supporting more coordinated response across fire, healthcare/EMS and police services.

The portfolio is designed to integrate with surrounding systems and data sources, helping organisations modernise critical workflows while maintaining operational continuity.
